Many practice groups at Sutherland have partner work assignment coordinators to assist in managing the work assignment process for associates. Historically, we have staffed our representations leanly, which encourages associates to take early responsibility for client matters and communication under the supervision of experienced lawyers. Our associates have a determinative role in shaping their careers at Sutherland.
